When you sign up, you get full access to every feature for 14 days. No credit card required upfront. At the end of your trial, choose monthly or annual billing to continue. If you decide not to subscribe, your account is paused — no data is deleted, and you can reactivate anytime.

After you connect Gmail, Draftroom analyzes your sent emails to learn how you write. Then it drafts a reply to every email in your inbox that needs one — all at once. We’ll email you when they’re ready to review. This first sweep is included in your free trial.

Yes. Cancel from your settings at any time. Monthly plans end at the current billing period. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused months. No questions asked, no hoops to jump through.

Draftroom reads your incoming emails that need a reply, and your sent emails to learn your voice. We never store raw email content — only AI-generated summaries and voice patterns. You can disconnect Gmail and delete all data at any time from settings.

Your data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use Supabase (Postgres) for storage with row-level security, and Anthropic's Claude API for AI processing — your emails are never used to train AI models. Yes. Connect as many Gmail accounts as you need — work, personal, side projects. Each account gets its own voice understanding, its own draft schedule, and its own learning. All included in one subscription.

Draftroom connects to Google Calendar, Google Drive, Notion, Granola, Fireflies, Zoom, and Claude Code. Google services connect automatically when you link Gmail. You can also upload your own knowledge — articles, PDFs, meeting transcripts — directly.

After reviewing your drafts, Draftroom shows you everything else in your inbox — categorized as "Worth seeing" (important FYIs with one-line summaries) or "Noise" (newsletters, notifications). You can enable auto-archive for noise once you trust the system.

Press ⌘K anywhere in Draftroom to open the command palette. It has three modes: Ask questions about your inbox and get instant answers with sources, draft a reply to anyone in seconds using natural language, or search across all your emails, documents, and meeting notes. It uses the same voice matching and context assembly as scheduled drafts.
